RETURNS:
Here at Vapeology we strive for great Customer Service.If, on the off chance, you receive a defective or damaged product upon arrival we offer a 14-day return policy. Maintain all original packaging and your receipt and we’ll be glad to assist you with your return.Due to hygiene concerns, if the product has been used we are unable to replace or return the item. We can only return, replace or exchange items that have not been used!! For any questions or concerns please contact us before placing your order. 
SHIPPING:
Packages are shipped during business hours, Monday-Friday from our warehouse in either Delaware or Massachusetts.
Please allow 1-2 days for payment to process, Please keep in mind if using SEZZLE it could be different processing times as we must be paid by them and we process once payment has cleared.
Tracking information will be sent when order is processed normally within 1-2 business days. 
We can not control the carrier once it leaves our hands please allow extra time for shipping during COVID 19
USPS parcel Select, USPS Priority mail and UPS Ground are a STANDARD SERVICE
